Map SFG20 groups to locations

The SFG20 integration now maps imported groups to locations instead of facilities. Open the SFG20 integration and use the Locations tab to connect each group to an existing location or create a new group location during setup.

Before you start

You need an active SFG20 connection and at least one imported regime. If you have not connected SFG20 yet, start with the SFG20 Integration guide.

Map a group to a location

  1. Go to the Integrations list and open the SFG20 integration.

  2. Select the Locations tab.

  3. For each SFG20 group, choose an existing location from the list.

  4. If the right location does not exist yet, click Create group location to make a new one and map it in the same step.

  5. Save the mapping. The integration returns you to the sync view so you can continue setup.

You can create a group location directly from the integration when no existing location matches the SFG20 group. This keeps the mapping workflow in one place without switching to the Premises module.

What happens next

After saving, the SFG20 sync links imported schedules and tasks to the mapped location. Return to the sync view to trigger or review the regime sync.
