Manage SFG20 asset mappings

Admins can use the Assets tab in the SFG20 integration to review matches between Calm assets and Facilities-iQ assets, link or unlink rows manually, turn asset pushing on or off, and start a sync on demand. The tab also shows a preview of the impact before you remove a share link, so you can see what would be affected before making the change.

Before you start

You need an active SFG20 connection and at least one imported regime. If you have not connected SFG20 yet, start with the SFG20 Integration guide.

Review asset matches

  1. Go to the Integrations list and open the SFG20 integration.

  2. Select the Assets tab.

  3. Review the list of asset matches. Each row shows the Calm asset and its matched Facilities-iQ asset, if one exists. The System column shows Component when the F-iQ asset is a system component, followed by its parent system name when one exists. Assets that are not components show β€”.

  1. On the Assets tab, find the asset row you want to change.

  2. To link an unmatched asset, choose the link option and select the Facilities-iQ asset to connect it to.

  3. To unlink a matched asset, choose the unlink option for that row. The Calm asset will remain, but it will no longer be connected to the Facilities-iQ asset.

Toggle asset pushing

Asset pushing controls whether Calm sends asset data back to Facilities-iQ. You can turn this on or off for the integration.

  1. On the Assets tab, find the asset pushing control.

  2. Toggle the setting on to push asset data to Facilities-iQ, or off to stop pushing.

Start a sync on demand

  1. On the Assets tab, click Sync now.

  2. The integration refreshes the asset matches and updates the list.

Before you remove a share link, the integration shows a preview of what would happen so you can make a safer decision.

  1. Go to the Regimes tab or the share link management area.

  2. Choose the option to remove a share link.

  3. Review the impact preview, which shows what data or connections would be affected.

  4. Confirm the removal if you are satisfied, or cancel if you want to keep the link.

The removal impact preview shows the consequences before you delete a share link, so you can understand what schedules, assets, or other data would be disconnected.

Adjust checklist coverage for synced assets

After SFG20 assets are linked to Calm assets, you can change the checklist cadence for a specific asset class, model, or instance without changing the rest of the schedule. This is useful when a synced asset needs a different maintenance interval than the base regime.

  1. Go to the planned work schedule that includes the SFG20 checklist.

  2. In the checklist section, open the Cadence overrides panel.

  3. Add or edit an override for the linked asset scope you want to adjust.

For full steps, see Adjust checklist cadence for specific assets.
