Adjust checklist cadence for specific assets
On a planned work schedule, you can run a checklist at a different cadence for a specific asset class, asset model, or individual asset without changing the base schedule. The Cadence overrides panel in the planned work checklist lets you add, edit, or remove these scope-specific rules.
Add a cadence override
Open the planned work schedule that contains the checklist you want to adjust.
In the checklist section, open the Cadence overrides panel.
Click Add Override.
Under Scope, select the asset class, asset model, or individual asset to target.
Enter the new Cadence.
Optionally, enter a Reason for the change.
Click Save override.
The panel confirms the change with Cadence override saved.
Edit or remove an override
In the Cadence overrides panel, find the override you want to change.
Click Edit override.
Update the cadence, scope, or reason, then click Save override.
To remove an override, choose the remove option for that row. The panel confirms with Override removed.
Disable overrides are no longer supported. If you need to stop a checklist from applying to a specific scope, use schedule exclusions instead.
What happens when no override exists
When there are no scope-specific cadence overrides, the schedule base cadence applies everywhere.
