Module Catalog
CalmCompliance is a connected platform of modules that replace spreadsheets, paper checklists, and disconnected tools with one system. This article maps every module, what it does, and how the pieces connect.
How the platform is organized
The product is organized into three layers: Operate (your physical environment and field work), Govern (documents, risk, and compliance proof), and Manage (people, incidents, and forms). Standards and Insights sit across all three layers.

How the modules connect
CalmCompliance links every record to related assets, locations, people, documents, and tasks. Key connections include:
Premises underpins Operations and Service Desk. Locations and assets are the targets for work orders and tickets.
Operations connects to Service Desk (work orders can come from issues or requests) and Risks (work orders can reference risk assessments).
Documents and Risks feed into Distributions and Review Policies for read-and-sign and scheduled review cycles.
Incidents link to locations, assets, work orders, tasks, forms, and personnel records.
Personnel records connect to training results and assigned assets.
Forms can be attached to locations and assets for QR-code access.
Assigned work across modules appears in the shared Calendar and Inbox.
Module availability and roles
Your organization sees only the modules it is entitled to. If a module is missing from your sidebar, contact your administrator. Some modules depend on others: Service Desk requires Premises, and granting access to a dependent module automatically adds the required module.
Each module has three roles: Member (view and complete work), Manager (create and edit records), and Admin (full control including settings and deletion).
