Review company and personnel compliance
Open a requirement from Contacts > Requirements to see how each in-scope company or person is doing against it, then use the record's evidence actions to fix anything that is missing, expired, or superseded. Anyone with a Personnel module role can view compliance results.
Open a requirement's detail page
Go to Contacts > Requirements.
On the Our Requirements tab, find the requirement and click Open.
The detail page shows Who it applies to, Accepted evidence, Current Impact, and the in-scope people or companies. For the full role breakdown and how to create and manage requirements, see Personnel roles and access and Manage compliance requirements.
Read the result states
Each in-scope record carries one result status, and the Current Impact summary counts how many records fall into each state.
Healthy — the record's evidence satisfies the requirement and is not about to expire.
Missing Evidence — the record has no evidence that satisfies the requirement.
Expired — the record's evidence has passed its expiry date.
Superseded — the record's evidence has been replaced by a newer version.
Expiring soon — the record's evidence passes but is close to its expiry date. A passing result can still show Expiring soon.
Current Impact uses the labels Passing, Missing, Expired, and Superseded with a count for each. When no record is missing, expired, or superseded, the summary reads all passing; otherwise it shows how many checks need attention.
Work through the in-scope groups
Records are grouped by attention state under the People In Scope or Companies In Scope heading.
Needs attention — every non-passing result: Missing Evidence, Expired, or Superseded.
Expiring soon — passing results whose evidence is about to expire.
Healthy — passing results that are not expiring soon. This group is collapsed by default.
Click a person or company in any group to open its record and review or update its compliance evidence.
Remediate evidence on a record
The evidence actions live on the record's compliance card, not on the requirement detail page. Open the record, then choose the action that matches its result status.
On the requirement detail page, click the person or company in scope to open its record.
In the record's compliance card, click the action for the result:
Add Evidence — for Missing Evidence.
Renew — for Expired evidence.
Replace — for Superseded evidence.
View — for healthy evidence, to jump to the matched evidence.
On a company with more than one applicable evidence type, the actions are qualified by type: Add Evidence Insurance, Add Evidence Accreditation, Renew Insurance, Renew Accreditation, Replace Insurance, or Replace Accreditation. Choose the one that matches the evidence you are adding or updating.
Inherited records are managed at the owning site
Inherited companies and personnel records can appear in scope on a child site. Their evidence is managed at the owning site, so you cannot change it from the child site, and inherited rows are labelled Inherited from followed by the owning site's name. To remediate an inherited record, go to the owning site and update its evidence there. See Share companies and personnel records with child sites for how inheritance works.
Adopting and archived requirements
Adopting requirements are not yet enforced, so they do not drive compliance results. Archived requirements are shown as not in use and do not contribute to active compliance.
Review compliance from Contacts Insights
Personnel Insights includes Company Compliance Issues and Personnel Compliance Issues widgets that surface records with compliance problems across your active requirements. Open the widget to see the issues, then click a company or person to jump to its record and remediate its evidence as described above.
