Export a single issue or work order as a PDF

Individual issues and work orders can be exported as browser-ready PDFs from their detail pages. The PDF includes the record details and related information visible on the page, making it easy to share evidence or hand off a summary to someone outside the system.

Export an issue

  1. Open the issue from Service Desk > Issues.

  2. Click Export on the detail page.

  3. Wait for the browser-generated PDF to render.

  4. Download the PDF.

Export a work order

  1. Open the work order from Operations > Work Orders.

  2. Click Export on the detail page.

  3. Wait for the browser-generated PDF to render.

  4. Download the PDF.

Find recent exports

Exported PDFs are kept in the Exports area during the retention period. If you need to download a recent export again, go to the Exports area and find the record.

Before you start

You need the Manager role for Service Desk to export issues, and the Manager or Admin role for Operations to export work orders. Members may not see the Export action depending on their permissions.
