Subscribe to a widget
Add insight widgets to your dashboard and follow insights on module pages to receive updates in your inbox. The platform lets you subscribe to dashboard widgets and get inbox notifications when items are approaching or have lapsed, so you stay on top of compliance without checking every module manually.
Add widgets to your dashboard
Widgets display insights, analytics, and key metrics from across your site. To add one:
Open the Dashboards page for your site.
Click Add Widget. If the dashboard is empty, the page shows No Widgets Yet and presents the same action.
In the Add Widget selector, the description reads Select a widget to add to your dashboard. Choose an insight widget. Only widgets from modules you have access to are listed.
Click the widget to add it to your dashboard.
You can drag and drop widgets to reorder them, and remove widgets you no longer need via the remove action.
Follow insights for inbox updates
To get updates when items change or become overdue, follow the insight on its module insights page:
Navigate to a module insights page, such as Risks Insights, Personnel Insights, Documents Insights, or Premises Insights.
Find the insight you want to track and click Follow. When you are already following, the button shows Unfollow.
Followed insights appear in your inbox as Followed Insights Results, with a summary of total results and followed counts per module. Click View [Module] Insights to open the full page.
Read your inbox
Open your inbox. When you have followed insights, the Followed Insights Results card shows:
A followed insights badge
Total results and followed counts across modules
Per-module breakdowns, including a high volume indicator when an insight has five or more results
Click the module button to jump to the full insights page.
Only modules you have access to appear in the widget selector and the followed insights card.
