Use the Exports and Imports areas in Settings
Settings now has dedicated Exports and Imports areas that give you a central place to find export tools and re-download recent exports.
Where to find Exports and Imports
Open Settings and select Exports or Imports from the sidebar.
Start an export or re-download a recent one
The Exports hub shows export cards for the data you have access to, and a Recent Exports section where you can re-download completed files.
In Settings, open Exports.
To start a new export, choose the relevant export card and follow the prompts.
To retrieve a completed export, scroll to Recent Exports and click the download link for the file you need.
Completed exports are only available for re-download during the retention period. The Recent Exports section shows files from the last 24 hours.
Find import tools
The Imports hub is a single place to find import tools and sync options you have access to.
In Settings, open Imports.
Select the import or sync card you need and follow the prompts.
If you do not see Exports or Imports
If you open Settings and do not see Exports or Imports, you do not have the required role for those tools. Contact your site administrator to update your access.
Exports and imports are role-based. The cards shown in each hub depend on the modules and roles assigned to your account.
