Filter lists with quick filters
Every list page across CalmCompliance (work orders, issues, documents, assets, risks, and more) uses the same quick-filter bar, so once you know one list you know them all. The most commonly used fields sit directly on the filter bar, and additional fields are available through More Filters.
Choose filters
The fields on the bar are the list's most commonly used filters; everything else is behind More Filters, which lets you search for fields and values.
Open a list page, such as Work Orders, Incidents, or Documents.
Set a visible filter directly on the filter bar.
Click More Filters to search for additional fields and their values.
Select a field and choose the values you want to apply the filter.
On supported lists, you can also click Build Filters With AI and describe the filters you want in your own words. See Filter lists with AI.
Edit or remove filters
Each applied filter appears as a chip on the filter bar, so you can see at a glance what is narrowing the list.
To change a filter, edit the chip's value.
To remove one filter, remove its chip.
To remove every active filter, click Clear.
Clear also removes criteria configured behind the scenes, such as ownership or page search values, not just the filters you applied by hand.
Share a filtered list
Filter criteria are stored in the page URL, so you can copy the address and send it to a colleague, and whoever opens the link sees the same filtered list.
Changing filters replaces the current browser-history entry instead of adding a new one, so the Back button does not step through each filter change.
Why filters differ between pages
Each list keeps its own defaults, permissions, date ranges, tags, and available fields, so the filter bar and the More Filters menu are not identical everywhere, and some filters depend on your access to the list.
The pickers themselves behave the same way across lists: locations browse and search hierarchically, people are searched by name or email, and groups are searched by name or description. Avatars appear where available, and lists that support them offer explicit choices such as Anonymous, Unassigned, and All Assigned.
