Operations Insights
Operations Insights is a dashboard at Operations > Insights that gives a quick view of open work volume, schedule health, and how work is distributed across priorities, assignments, and categories for your site. You can click any segment to open the matching filtered work list.
KPI Cards
The top of the page shows four KPI cards that count open work orders for the current site.
KPI | What it counts |
|---|---|
Open Standard | Open work orders that are not ad-hoc or scheduled. |
Open Ad Hoc | Open ad-hoc work orders. |
Open Scheduled | Open work orders generated from a schedule. |
In Progress | Work orders currently in progress. |
These counts include only planned and in-progress work. Projected work is not included in the open totals.
Schedule Coverage
The Schedule coverage section shows schedule health and a 12-month projection.
KPI | What it counts |

SFG20 imported | Schedules imported from SFG20. |
User-authored | Schedules created directly in the platform. |
Drift signals | Schedules with detected drift. |
Local rules | Schedules with local rule overrides. |
Site Pulse
The Site pulse ยท next 12 months widget shows projected work spawned by every active schedule, grouped by classification. A Today marker shows where the current date falls on the timeline.
Work Order Breakdown Widgets
Below the KPI cards, the page breaks open work into four views. Clicking a segment opens the work list with the matching filters applied.
Work Orders by Priority
Groups open work by priority: Critical, High, Standard, and Low. Only priorities with open work are shown.
Work Orders by Assignment
Groups open work into two buckets:
Assigned โ work assigned to an individual or group.
Unassigned โ work with no assignee.
Work Orders by Assignment Type
Groups open work by how it is assigned:
Team
Individual
Unassigned
Work Orders by Category
Groups open work by planned-work category. Only categories with open work are shown.
Empty and Restricted States
When there is no data to display, widgets show one of the following messages:
All Clear! โ no data available for the widget.
No Work Order Data Available
No Open Work Orders Found! Everything is running smoothly.
If you do not have access to the Operations module, the page shows Access Restricted with the message You don't have access to view Operations widgets.
