Use the new Maintenance dashboards and insights
Maintenance is now split into dedicated Work Orders and Inspections dashboards, plus a PPM area with Timeline and List views and a Maintenance Insights dashboard with summary cards. Open the Maintenance area and choose the view that matches your task.

Work Orders — day-to-day maintenance and repair jobs.
Inspections — inspection rounds and tracking.
PPM — planned preventive maintenance schedules.
Insights — summary totals and overdue work.
Switch PPM between Timeline and List
The PPM dashboard supports two view modes for scheduled work.
Open the PPM view.
Use the view controls to switch between Timeline and List mode.
Timeline shows a visual schedule of upcoming and overdue work. List shows PPM items in a filtered list for quick triage.
Read the Maintenance Insights cards
The Maintenance Insights dashboard shows summary cards with totals and overdue items. Use these cards to spot overdue or upcoming work at a glance.
