Review Policies

Use the new Reviews pages

Open the site-wide Reviews page under Insights to see every document and risk assessment on a review schedule in one place. You can also open dedicated reviews views under Documents or Risks to focus on one module.

Find the Reviews pages

You can open reviews from three places, depending on what you want to see:

  • Insights > Reviews — a combined view of all document and risk assessment reviews across your site

  • Documents > Reviews — only document reviews

  • Risks > Reviews — only risk assessment reviews

You need the relevant module permission to see each view. If you don't have access to documents or risks, that module's reviews page will be hidden.

Switch between modules

On the combined Insights > Reviews page, use the Filter reviews by module control to narrow the list:

  • All — show both documents and risk assessments

  • Documents — show only documents

  • Risks — show only risk assessments

Review the summary metrics

At the top of the page, summary numbers reflect the current state of the filtered list.

Read the status groups

The list is grouped into sections so you can see what needs attention first:

  • Needs Attention — reviews that are overdue or otherwise require immediate action

  • Due Soon — reviews approaching their due date

  • Scheduled Later — reviews with due dates further in the future

  • Awaiting Publication — items that are not yet published and therefore do not have an active review schedule

Open and review an item

  1. Find the item in the list and click its row to expand it inline

  2. Review the expanded details to see the assigned policy, review history, and next due date

  3. Click the item name to open the full document or risk assessment

  4. Complete the review by following the steps in Managing Review Cycles

What the list shows

Each row shows the item name, the Next Review due date, and a Reviews badge. When the list is empty, you will see a message such as No reviews scheduled or No document reviews scheduled, depending on the current filter.

Review policies control when and to whom reviews are assigned. To set up or change a review schedule, see Understanding Review Policies.
