View activity history for a routine

The Activity tab on a routine shows who created or changed the routine and when. It is scoped to the current routine, so you see only events for this plan rather than the full site audit log.

Open the Activity tab

1. Open the routine.

2. In the sidebar, click the Activity tab next to QR Code and Comments.

What the Activity tab shows

Each entry shows the timestamp, actor, and action. The actions recorded for a routine are:

• Routine Created

• Routine Updated

• Routine Deleted

For updated events, each row includes a field-level change summary that reads as the field name followed by the old and new values. For example:

• Trigger mode: Fixed → Floating

• Cadence: 7 days → 14 days

If there are no events for this routine yet, the tab shows No audit logs found. There is no additional filter or search inside this tab.
