Fix SFG20 webhook registration errors

When an SFG20 regime shows a webhook problem in the Regimes tab or Needs attention panel, use the symptoms below to identify the cause and fix it.

Registration failed

The regime status shows Registration failed or the overview shows No active webhook with a View Error button.

Cause Calm could not register the webhook with F-iQ. Click View Error to see the exact response from F-iQ, such as an HTTP status code or a configuration message.

Fix

  1. In the SFG20 integration, go to the Regimes tab and click Re-register webhook for the affected regime. Calm handles the callback URL internally, so you do not need to configure anything.

  2. Wait a few moments, then refresh. The webhook column should change from Missing to Registering and then Active.

If the error persists after retrying, contact Calm support with the error shown in the View Error dialog.

Webhook status is Missing

The Regimes grid shows Missing and the status dot shows No webhook.

Cause The regime was never successfully registered, the webhook was removed in F-iQ, or the platform webhook secret was rotated and the existing registration is invalid.

Fix Click Re-register webhook in the Regimes tab. Calm re-sends the current webhook details to F-iQ and requests a new registration.

Webhook stays in Registering

The Regimes grid shows Registering for longer than a few minutes.

Cause The registration event is queued in the background. For very large regimes or during busy periods, processing can take several minutes.

Fix Wait up to five minutes and refresh. If the status does not change, check the Needs attention panel for a View Error button, which shows the exact F-iQ response. If an error is shown, follow the Registration failed steps above.
