The regime status shows Registration failed or the overview shows No active webhook with a View Error button.
Cause Calm could not register the webhook with F-iQ. Click View Error to see the exact response from F-iQ, such as an HTTP status code or a configuration message.
Fix
In the SFG20 integration, go to the Regimes tab and click Re-register webhook for the affected regime. Calm handles the callback URL internally, so you do not need to configure anything.
Wait a few moments, then refresh. The webhook column should change from Missing to Registering and then Active.
If the error persists after retrying, contact Calm support with the error shown in the View Error dialog.
