Getting Started

Browse the Standards Library

Browse the Standards Library to find compliance and operational programmes your organisation can adopt. Each card shows the standard name, version, how many trackable requirements it contains, and its current status for your site. Open a card to see the full description and available actions before you adopt it.

  1. Go to the site you want to work in.

  2. Navigate to the Standards Library page. The page title is "Standards Library".

Search and filter standards

Use the filters at the top of the library to narrow the list:

  • Source โ€” filter by the origin or publisher of the standard.

  • Adoption โ€” filter by whether the standard is already adopted, in progress, or not yet adopted at your site.

  • Discipline โ€” filter by the professional or operational discipline the standard belongs to.

  • Topic โ€” filter by the specific topic area covered by the standard.

As you select filters, the list updates automatically. If no results appear, clear your filters or adjust your search terms.

Read a standard card

Each card in the library displays the following information:

  • Standard name

  • Version label

  • Trackable requirement count โ€” how many requirements the standard contains

  • Discipline

  • Description โ€” a summary of what the standard covers

  • Status โ€” the current adoption state for your site

Understand status labels

The status label on each card tells you where the standard sits in your site lifecycle:

  • Adopting โ€” the standard is being set up for your site but is not yet active.

  • Active โ€” the standard has been adopted and is currently in use.

  • Draft โ€” the definition is still being edited and is not yet published for adoption.

  • Not Adopted ยท Mandatory โ€” the standard is mandatory but has not yet been adopted at this site.

  • Not Adopted ยท Recommended โ€” the standard is recommended but has not yet been adopted at this site.

  • Archived โ€” the standard has been archived and is hidden from normal site lists, but it can be restored from the library.

Open the detail panel

Click a standard card to open its detail panel. This panel shows the full description and the available actions for that standard:

  • Duplicate โ€” create a copy of the standard definition.

  • New Version โ€” create a new version of the standard.

  • Edit Requirements โ€” open the definition and change its requirements.

  • Adopt at This Site โ€” start the adoption process for your site.

  • View Adopted Standard โ€” open the site-level view of the standard if it is already adopted.

Handle empty states

If your filters or search return no results, the page shows the message:

No standards match your filters

Try adjusting your search or filters.

To see standards again, remove filters or change your search keywords.
