View activity history for a work schedule

The Activity tab on a work schedule shows who created or changed the schedule and when. It is scoped to the current schedule, so you see only events for this plan rather than the full site audit log.

Open the Activity tab

1. Open the work schedule.

2. In the sidebar, click the Activity tab next to QR Code and Comments.

What the Activity tab shows

Each entry shows the timestamp, actor, and action. The actions recorded for a work schedule are:

• Work Schedule Created

• Work Schedule Updated

• Work Schedule Deleted

• Work Schedule Refreshed From Template

For updated events, each row includes a field-level change summary that reads as the field name followed by the old and new values. For example:

• Trigger mode: Fixed → Floating

• Cadence: 7 days → 14 days

If there are no events for this schedule yet, the tab shows No audit logs found. There is no additional filter or search inside this tab.
