View site evidence and linked requirements
Open the Linked Evidence page under Standards to review every operational record used as evidence across your site and see which requirements each record supports.
Open the Linked Evidence page
From the left navigation, choose Standards > Linked Evidence.
Review the evidence list
The page lists all shared evidence records and groups them into two sections:
Needs Attention — records whose health is warning, failing, or broken. This section is always expanded.
Healthy — records that are not in a warning or failing state. This section is collapsible.
Each row shows the record title, the evidence type, a health accent bar, and a usage count of how many requirements the record is linked to.
See which requirements use a piece of evidence
Click a row that shows a linked requirement count to expand it and open the usage panel. The panel lists the requirements and standards that rely on this evidence.
Permissions
Only Managers and Admins for the Standards module can view linked evidence. If you do not have access, the page shows You do not have permission to view linked evidence. Please contact your administrator.
