Reopen a closed work order
If more work is needed after a work order is closed, you can often reopen it with a reason instead of creating a new one. Reopening returns the work order to an open status and preserves the original audit trail. Note that resolved inspections and work orders automatically marked Missed cannot be reopened. See Complete a work order for the full rules.
